Dolphin Tarifa
The Dolphin Tarifa is the first scientific hybrid cetacean watching boat in the Strait of Gibraltar, specifically designed for exclusive outings for small groups, families and nature lovers. Its reduced capacity for 12 passengers guarantees greater comfort, a wide field of vision for each passenger and a personalised experience, with the possibility of having a biologist-guide during the whole trip.
This vessel is also ideal for scientific research and audiovisual production, thanks to its electric motors that eliminate noise and emissions, allowing a respectful approach to cetaceans. This facilitates the location and study of these animals, by taking photographs for identification and assessment of their health and recording sounds.
The Dolphin Tarifa is an efficient and environmentally friendly solution, reducing fuel consumption and pollution. In addition, it is equipped with state-of-the-art hydrophones and cameras, which bring the opportunity to listen to the animals and observe their behaviour without disturbing them. This boat embodies the future of cetacean watching, offering a unique and sustainable experience.
The Dolphin Tarifa also offers several exclusive cultural routes, such as the excursion to Ceuta, with its historic moat and the almadraba tradition; to Barbate and Zahara, to visit its crystal-clear beaches and the historic Cape Trafalgar; and to Bolonia, with the ruins of Baelo Claudia and its spectacular dune. In addition, specific excursions can be organised to observe migratory birds in their natural habitat.
There is also a toilet on board for passenger comfort.
